Raquel manages Community & Events for Elegant Themes and is a serial volunteer with a young soul. Intentional about community building, she believes that wherever her feet are is where she builds. Currently, she is active in several communities from tech ➡️ government ➡️ neighborhoods, and more.
On the personal side of her life, she is a mum of older teens (#momhard), an active ballroom dancer, music lover, outdoors lover, general purveyor of sass, and loves spending time with her big, Indigenous family.

Carol has been creating WordPress websites for over 10 years. She is currently co-owner of RadiateWP. Her work also extends to the nonprofit sector with over 14 years of experience in executive roles. She is passionate about the WordPress open-source project and has volunteered with the WordPress community for over 12 years. She has served on the WordCamp Phoenix organizing team every year since 2012 and is the lead organizer of the Arizona WordPress meetup group planning events and helping teach WordPress to the public.
Carol has been recognized throughout her career as President of AzSAE, awarded Association Executive of the Year by AzSAE, and featured in the open.film documentary about the WordPress Open Source project.

Thomas, an amateur strongman, poet, and WordPress developer.
He’s been building and blogging on WordPress since 2008, when he accidentally won his first website contract. Since then he’s launched and contributed to dozens of WordPress plugins, projects, and websites.
His favorite pastimes are eating too much, being snobbish about coffee, wearing little shorts, and bragging about his bench press.

Nealey is a Senior Product Manager at GoDaddy by day and a freelance WordPress designer by night. He’s worked with WordPress for over 10 years and fell in love with the WordCamp community when he first helped at the GoDaddy Sponsor booth in 2017. From there, he’s tried to attend as many meetups and camps as he could, even speaking at a couple!
He’s an aspiring street photographer so if you see him and also love photography, ask him about going around Phoenix to take some photos!

Colton is based in Phoenix, AZ, and is currently a Product Operations Manager for the Managed WordPress product at GoDaddy, where he works across teams to improve and optimize WordPress support with the goal of making GoDaddy a top WordPress support provider.
In his free time, Colton enjoys spending time with his 2 kids and wife, playing the Guitar, watching baseball, and playing sports.
