Announcing Our Afterparty at Galvanize Phoenix, Friday & Saturday Lunch Menus

The Afterparty – Homecoming

We’re delighted to announce our Saturday evening afterparty will be at Galvanize Phoenix at 7:00 PM, following two exciting days of sessions and workshops at the Phoenix Convention Center.

Galvanize Phoenix was the host venue for WordCamp Phoenix 2017 and 2018, as well as our venue for Sunday’s Contributor Day. We’re thrilled to be back for our 10th year reunion homecoming party at Galvanize!

Just a few blocks from Phoenix’s Downtown core and the Convention Center, Galvanize Phoenix is the anchor business in the historic Lawrence Building, a former food distribution warehouse now home to a restaurant, coworking space, startup accelerator and code school.

We’ll have great appetizers, adult beverages and plenty of games, dancing and space to hang out! We’ll be serving up:

  • Grilled Cheese Shooters (Vegetarian, GF)
  • Korean Fried Chicken Sliders
  • Empanadas
  • Avocado Toast
  • Hummus & Pita Chips
  • Tater Tots & Toppings Bar
  • Tortilla Chips, Guacamole and Salsa

A big thank you to our Life of the Afterparty sponsor NorthStack by Pagely for helping us put on a great Afterparty below their office in Galvanize.

Lunch

We’re shutting down Monroe Street between 2nd and 3rd streets for a catered, outdoor picnic with tables and chairs! Phoenix is typically pleasant in the mid-60s and 70s in February, but please keep in mind lunch will be outdoors.

A big thank you to our Lunch Lady sponsor GoDaddy for helping us provide such a great menu from a local caterer.

They’ll be taking care to avoid cross-contamination and offer vegan, vegetarian and allergy-free options for food allergies to soy, gluten, dairy, strawberries and mushrooms.
