Back in 2012, a coworker referred to me as a monarch when I absolutely ruled a tedious project, and the moniker has stuck. I have fully leaned into the concept and adopted it as part of my personal brand. It has driven me to be the best leader I can, and it still makes me laugh when colleagues curtsey or bow to me during meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In my full-time position at ASU, I lend my social media expertise to the W. P. Carey School of Business and work closely with the Marketing & Communications office.
