Betsy has worked on the creative side of technology for more than 20 years. She is a human-centered design advocate and empath who loves building beautiful, useful and user-friendly products and services.
As a former Web Strategist and Product Management Executive, she’s happiest when creating user journeys and wireframes, and thrives on opportunities to develop high performing teams built on trust, respect, and agile principles.
In Betsy’s current role as Senior Consultant at Slalom she draws upon past experience as VP Product Management at FanSided and Founder & Principal Strategist at Positive Element.
Betsy lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband and three digital-age children, and enjoys such analog activities as reading and martial arts.

Carol Stambaugh

Carol is the Principal and co-founder of FreeUp Web Studio and runs RadiateWP maintenance and support service for WordPress websites. She has been organizing the Arizona WordPress Meetup since 2011 and has seen it grow to a a membership of 2700+. Her superpower is translating tasks into repeatable systems that translate into better service for her clients.
In her spare time, she can be found playing taxi to her 15-year-old son who plays beach volleyball, basketball, and volleyball. She is the embodiment of the term “Mom-taxi” and has also inherited the nickname of AZ WordPress Mom.

Colton Zebe started working with GoDaddy in customer support in 2013 and has enjoyed roles in Support and Sales Leadership, Channel Management, and Project/Program Management. Colton is based in Phoenix, AZ, and is currently a Product Operations Manager for the Managed WordPress product at GoDaddy, where he works across teams to improve and optimize WordPress support with the goal of making GoDaddy a top WordPress support provider.
In his free time, Colton enjoys spending time with his 2 kids and wife, playing the Guitar, watching baseball, and playing sports.

Dave Ryan is an interdisciplinary Web Engineer and Product Leader at Newfold Digital where he works on WordPress experiences and supporting the WordPress community.
In the past Dave has helped large publishers and universities scale high-traffic WordPress sites by blending his experience in information design, communications and web development.
Dave lives in Mesa, loves a good taco and probably wants to follow your dog’s social media accounts.

Jen Miller has served on the organizing boards of WordCamp LA, WordCamp Orange County, WordCamp Riverside, and WordCamp Phoenix. She founded WomenWhoWP.org, a nonprofit and Meetup to support women in WordPress and has volunteered on the Make.WordPress.org Marketing Team. Jen also actively participates in several civic organizations and actively serves in her church and community. More than a decade ago, Jen Miller began NeedSomeoneToBlog.com, offering highly-targeted, hyperlocal blogging and marketing services through her AZ based company, Next Door Marketer Inc.
Recently Jen has turned her efforts to education, teaching leadership, marketing, and analytics to university students in Phoenix, and online to students worldwide.

Jessica Spart got her start in tech with GoDaddy in 2013 and attended her first WordCamp in Phoenix in 2019. It was the thrill of helping others, the excitement of learning, and the welcome she received from others that cemented her love of the WordPress community. Since then, she has moved her passion and desire to help others to Scribd where she currently works in Customer Support Operations.
In her downtime, she pursues her many and varied interests, including reading, Korean dramas, and pin collecting. Her favorite hobby, though, is making people laugh and then getting it on camera.

Nealey is a Senior Product Manager at GoDaddy by day and a freelance WordPress designer by night. He’s worked with WordPress for over 10 years and fell in love with the WordCamp community when he first helped at the GoDaddy Sponsor booth in 2017. From there, he’s tried to attend as many meetups and camps as he could, even speaking at a couple!
He’s an aspiring street photographer so if you see him and also love photography, ask him about going around Phoenix to take some photos!

A Phoenix native and desert lover, based in Phoenix, AZ he is a Sr. Product Manager for GoDaddy Pro Experience working across teams to create amazing logged-in experiences.
In his free time, he enjoys spending as much time with his 2 kids and lovely wife as possible, being a dog dad, tending to his trees, geek things (like gaming and Star Wars), having a pint, and contributing back to the WordPress community. He’s been building and blogging on WordPress since 2008, when he accidentally won his first website contract. Since then he’s launched countless WordPress projects, oversaw and contributed to hundreds of LifterLMS releases, and was an organizer of WordCamp Los Angeles from 2016-2019.
His favorite pastimes are eating too much, wearing little shorts, and talking about his bench press.
