I’m a Software Engineer at Newfold Digital and Bluehost. Prior to my current role, I was the creative lead (5 years) at the professional services team, where we create WordPress websites and products for customers of all sizes. I helped hire, onboard, train and support talent in succeeding at creating WordPress websites. We created WordPress websites of all sizes with a high volume (150 to 300 website/month). The team I managed consisted of 40 designers and QA professionals.
